With Yahoo messenger PC-to-pc calls are free as always. Yahoo has teamed up with Jajah to offer pc-to-phone calls for rates low as 1¢/minute with free voicemail. Calls from US to phone numbers in US, Canada,  UK, Israel (Tel Aviv), Italy (land lines), China, Mexico(Mexico City) are 0.01 ¢/minute. Calls to toll free numbers within US are free. FriendCaller is a Pc-to-Pc and Pc-to-Phone calling service, also called a Soft Phone’, by C2Call Gmbh. Its pretty much like Skype with the one big difference, that is the you don’t need to download any software.
