RingCentral Office Review

RingCentral Offers two types of virtual pbx solutions, one called RingCentral Online, the other called RingCentral Office. Though both the plans cater to small businesses and SOHOs, the plans are different both feature wise and price wise.

RingCentral Online is a virtual pbx system which receives calls and directs them to your existing home, bussiness, cellular phone numbers. So for this service you pay a fee RingCentral for the virtual pbx system only. Then the cost for your home, business, cellular phone services are separate.

RingcentralOffice is a virtual pbx system bundled with a voip phone service with unlimited minutes. So obviously RingCentral Office costs more than RingCentral Online.

Both the services offer multiple price plans depending on your need.
