Verizon Voicewing A Winner

Per the recently released Keynote Systems VoIP quality report, Verizon Voicewing did pretty good as a voip service provider.

Verizon Voicewing came in second on the Voice Quality list and third on the reliability list. In both the lists AT&T Landline came in the top three position. We are assuming that AT&T that was featured in the list is the regular phone service provided by AT&T over land lines and not the AT&T Callvantage voip service.

If our assumption is correct, that will put Verizon Voicewing voip service, in the top two positions of both the audio quality list and the reliability list, which is pretty remarkable.

Keynote Systems placed automatic calls from corporate apartments using residential VoIP services and network services used by a typical residential customer to measure Voip quality and Voice quality. The study compared the relative performance of regular analog service versus VoIP services.
