Poor service, calls drop regulary, bad echoing on the line, message indicator light on phone doesnt flash for new messages and desk phone doesnt show new message. After support reboots our system, all messages from a week ago finally show up.As per support they know of the issue with the message indicator klight and no fix is in the works yet, that was from the first month, we are know inot the 6 month and still no fix. Our system has been rebooted over 13 times in the last 4 months with freedom. lost calls, customer complaints, employees complaining the phone system stinks.. we have been asking for a conferance call with the owenr and his VP for the last 5 weeks, no responses, no phone calls nothing,.,.seems they really dont care aobut the customers.. numerious issues since day one and still no fix. Do your homework before you buy from freedom.

We've been using FreedomVoice for about a year. It is proving to be undependable. Today the phone rang 2 times, I answered and there was dead air. The same caller called back in 3 minutes and I inquired as to what happened when they called. She told me it just kept ringing and ringing... This happens all the time and we've used Freedomvoice in conjunction with comcast digital voice and vonage in more than 4 locations with the same identical problems. It isn't the Comcast nor the vonage because there hasn't been a single problem from any direct incoming calls to those lines. Only when forward from Freedomvoice. I can now state with 100% confidence that no one should waste their time with their 800 service.

We have been using the FreedomVOICE (or FreedomIQ) service for a couple of months. Their service is plagued by lousy call quality and a high degree of delay. Deleted voicemail randomly appears back in your mailbox as new, and settings have a mysterious way of changing themselves. We were told repeatedly that our internet connection is to blame (20mbit down, 5mbit up). Unfortunately this is not true. We have been testing other providers and experience excellent quality with them. That combined with the fact that calls to FreedomVOICE / FreedomIQ support are always excellent quality (which still go over our connection), leads me to believe they have problems with their system. It is something to do with the connection to outside phone lines. In the end, support is OK and friendly, but they service quality is terrible. The costs are quite high as well. We pay about $230/mo for 9 phones connected to their service. We will be installing our own premise-based PBX at a cost of $80-90 per month for phone charges. Well worth the savings.
