The main reason I signed up was due to the value but realized that the service wasn't great. I finally made the switch to RingCentral after doing some research and am completely blown away by their system. As far as Nextiva goes, I would not recommend them to any business owners. Not impressed with Nextiva whatsoever...they are just like all of the rest of these internet based phone companies. When stuff doesn't work they just blame your internet provider and recommend that you buy a faster connection. I have a 20Mpbs DSL line from Qwest and they said it isn't fast enough for my 12 phone office. Insanity. Find a real provider who isn't solely on the internet. I'm in Scottsdale and found a local voip provider who has their act together. If you are in the market give Comvoice a call and let them know Taryn with NDS Debt Recovery referred you -- I'll get a free month!! :)

I had nextiva for about 6 months and it never worked properly. I went to VoIP for the features I thought would enhance my business. I had constant call quality issues. I spent more time with support than I did reaching out to customers. I loved the idea of VoIP just needed a carrier that could provide some guarantees on the service. I checked out a few providers that did guarantee it but I would have to purchase a costly T1. My I.T. guy recommended that I try Comvoice a local Phx, AZ company. They provided guarantees and quality of service on my Cox broadband. I have had them for about a year now and everything has been great. Plus the price point was very competitive.

so far so good, on my second yr. plan to renew in October 2010, Yaniev is my customer service rep. he is excellent. last yr had minor concern with billing and one feature, both were corrected. DT and Stutter always ok. You need a good high speed provider to use any Voip service.

Have had InTalk now about 2 years and have had excellent call service, voice mail, nano-seconds to connect, clear voice and excellent support when needed. I can not brag enough on InTalk Voip Service. the secret to voip success is to have a good high speed broadband service and a good TT phone.

I have had the Nextiva/Intalk product since Jan of 2008. It has been very reliable and fir the first year, I raved about their support. Things have changed dramatically in the last year, as Nextiva has seemed to give virtually NO support anymore and have wrong support phone numbers and email addresses on the intalk website. My Caller ID hasn't worked for weeks and I am told that "Nextiva's carrier", isn't doing their job and that Nextiva is after them. Have they outsourced Intalk to some other company ?? It is a total mess and I am looking for another company. started great, but now stink. Jon

I was a Nextiva customer for 9 months. Eventual I made the switch due to constant problems with the service where calls do not go through, the sound quality sucks or the service just simply goes down for no reason at all. I spent hours on the phone with tech support where they fiddled with my adapter to try and set it up for it to work. Eventually just got tired of trying to fix it *constantly". I understand the quirks of VOIP but after setting it up several times with their tech people it would still be giving me headaches..

I've used intalk for a whole year and plan to discontinue it now. The business side of inTalk is ok. The value is very good. their online account support is ok but not very user friendly. I'm on the limited service plan and pay for extra minutes beyond 300 min. Three times during the year, I was over-billed due to mistakes by their infrastructure. Customer support was quite responsive in the beginning but more recently became kind of slow and sometimes not very effective. The sound quality is fine but I frequently encountered problems of picking up call. When incoming calls arrive, receiving end can't hear any sound while the dialing side only gets the dialing tone-perceiving no one is there to pick up the call. The worst part of this is the unpredictability - it comes and goes. Very annoying and hard to get inTalk support to understand.
