Truly the worse company out there they should change their name to void.com or voip.bomb they have bombed as a voip company, their reliability is void, not to mention that most of my outgoing calls are full of dead air, just a void.Customer service doesn't have a clue. Avoid voip.com like the plague, pay the difference & go to Vonage, I had them in the past(no problems ever) but moved & they didn't have my number available but now they do. I still have 6 months left on my account with void.com since I paid 1 yr in advance, but I can't take it anymore if Vonage turns out bad I'm going back to old ma bell (AT&T) hard wire. Voip.com just can't figure out how voice over internet protocal works.
